Arbitration Panel for Grievance redressal:
Details of the Grievance Redressal Panel (GRP) constituted pursuant to Regulation 29A of SEBI (SECC) Regulation 2018 to resolve investor grievances.
Terms of Reference:
To deal with the complaints referred by the Clearing Corporation, listen to the parties and resolve their complaints / disputes.
Define / approve the policy and SOP for dealing with complaints (including complaints related to unauthorized trades) by Exchange and Grievance Redressal Panel / Conciliators and Arbitrator.
Ensure that the Clearing Corporation and GRP take measures to minimize instances of unauthorized complaints, including defining appropriate regulatory actions (financial disincentives, disablement) against members.
Review of complaint resolution process, review of complaints remaining unresolved over long period of time, etc.
