Arbitration Panel for Grievance redressal:
 
Details of the Grievance Redressal Panel (GRP) constituted pursuant to Regulation 29A of SEBI (SECC) Regulation 2018 to resolve investor grievances.
 
Terms of Reference:
  • To deal with the complaints referred by the Clearing Corporation, listen to the parties and resolve their complaints / disputes.
  • Define / approve the policy and SOP for dealing with complaints (including complaints related to unauthorized trades) by Exchange and Grievance Redressal Panel / Conciliators and Arbitrator.
  • Ensure that the Clearing Corporation and GRP take measures to minimize instances of unauthorized complaints, including defining appropriate regulatory actions (financial disincentives, disablement) against members.
  • Review of complaint resolution process, review of complaints remaining unresolved over long period of time, etc.
