SEBI has granted recognition to AMC Repo Clearing Limited under Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations (SECC) Regulations, 2018.

RBI has accorded approval to AMC Repo Clearing Limited to act as a tri-party repo agent and to offer tri-party repo in corporate debt securities.

ARCL has been granted Certificate of Authorization by RBI under Payment and Settlement Systems (PSS) Act, 2007 to offer CCP services for repo transactions in corporate debt securities.
